CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance can be rescheduled at no charge. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% service fee - Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service cost. - Cancellations must be made by text or email and will only be honored once confirmed by the service provider. Holiday Cancellation & Rebooking Policy (November & December) Holiday Cancellation & Rebooking Policy (November & December) During the months of November and December, we will be implementing a special cancellation and rebooking policy to ensure availability during the busy holiday season. Please carefully review the following: Rescheduling/Change Fee: A $25 fee will be applied for any changes or rescheduling of an appointment. Cancellations or Rescheduling (72+ Hours Notice): If a cancellation or rescheduling is made 72 hours or more in advance, a 50% service fee will be charged. Cancellations or Rescheduling (48 Hours or Less Notice): Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance will incur 100% of the service cost. Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. Cancellations via Text: All cancellations must be made via text message or email and will only be considered confirmed once they are acknowledged and confirmed by Dorothy Wrightsman.
